3D Steampunk Laboratory Table

This is a test render for a 3D modeled set for a short film project I am considering. It would be great to get some feedback, because I've never done a project of this scale before, and I hope to avoid having to backtrack and rework to many set details for the project.

I'm thinking of doing a steampunk-ish mini-epic, and i want this room to be the laboratory for my female "mad" scientist/engineer character.

What do you all think?
